Refund policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.  All refunds are case by case and subject to review and approval.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. It’s important that you reach out to us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

As part of this process, pictures are essential. To ensure a quick and effective resolution, please include clear photos of the damaged, defective or incorrect items in your submission. This helps us better understand the issue, determine the best resolution and work to improve our fulfillment process.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns will not be accepted.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and start a refund process.

 

Shipping Charges

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event that an order qualifies for a refund, the actual shipping costs incurred for the original shipment will not be included in the refund. Customers are responsible for all actual shipping fees associated with the order, regardless of the reason for refund.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
