The following policies apply to our distributors who purchase large quantities directly from us, the manufacturer. If you purchase from a distributor or retailer, their policies supercede ours, as they are the ones selling to you and collecting payment.
Security Policy: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Shortages/Damages: Please report any damage or shortage within 48 hours of receiving order. Please count the number of cases received before signing the bill of lading for your order.
Refund Policy: Refunds are issued up to 48 hours prior to shipping. Due to the nature of the product, no returns are accepted.
Shipping Policy: Payment is processed 1-3 days prior to shipment. Customer pays actual freight charges and any freight fees. Freight charges are non-refundable if order is cancelled less than 72 hours before shipping.
Cancellation: If order is cancelled less than 72 hours before scheduled shipment, freight charges are non-refundable. We are billed for the freight that is ordered but not used, and that cost will be passed on for the cancelled order.
